At Rolling Solutions security is extremely important to us. We are constantly taking steps behind the scenes to insure that your information is never shared with anyone you do not explicitly allow. All passwords in XRAE are one way encrypted and are not visible to anyone. This means we cannot lookup into our databases and tell you what your password currently is. But if you can recall your Username and E-Mail address then we can send you a link to change your password back to something you can recall.
If your email and username do not match an active record in our system, then an email alerting possible improper access will be sent to the email on file. Remember that both the username and email are NOT case sensitive.
